To access your vendor dashboard, login by clicking the button below. This is your central hub to manage products, track and process orders, handle shipping, and receive payouts.

To access your Vendor Portal: App Open the Nile app on your phone and log in using the account you used to register your plan. Tap the menu (☰) or folder 📁 icon in the bottom right corner, then select Vendor Portal. You’ll be taken directly to your dashboard, where you can view your plan details and easily access all the features included in your membership. Desktop On your desktop browser, visit www.theblacknile.co and click Log In in the top right corner. Sign in using the same email you used to register your account. Once logged in, locate your profile photo and name in the top right corner. Hover over it and select “Vendor Portal” from the dropdown menu. This will take you directly to your dashboard, where you can view your plan details and easily navigate all the features included in your membership. Mobile Website On your mobile browser, visit www.theblacknile.co, then tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner and log in to your account. Once logged in, open the same menu icon (☰) again. You’ll see your profile photo and name in the top right. Tap it and select “Vendor Portal” from the dropdown. You’ll be taken directly to your dashboard, where you can view your plan details and easily access all the features included in your membership.

Web / Browser (Desktop or Mobile) At The Nile, we give vendors the flexibility to manage their subscriptions on their own terms. To cancel your subscription, log in at www.theblacknile.co using any desktop or mobile browser. Mobile browser: Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner. Desktop: Hover over your profile picture and name in the top-right corner. From the dropdown, select “Subscriptions.” From there, you can view, manage, or cancel your membership at any time. In-App (Mobile App) Tap the menu icon (⋯) at the bottom right Select “Vendor Portal” Go to “My Subscriptions” Tap the ⋯ in the top-right corner Select “Cancel Subscription” to complete the process
